Rare Original Verve 1938 Large Colour and hand applied Gold Gilt Heliogravure, a fifteen century Apocalypse of the Netherlands, “The Seven Angels”, depicting seven angels pouring the contents of their vials on the earth. In the book of Moral Love Chess Evrard de Conty (1330?-1405).
Unique collectable, a fabulous gift to someone special, would look stunning if framed.
Very good condition for age having been stored away, vibrant colours, the mass of gold gilt beautifully intact. Text verso.
